Richard came out to fix a door opener that had pulled off of its attachment to the wall. He was prompt, friendly, helpful, informed. Also, Nichelle at the front desk was great. I would definitely use Ace again.

On July 20th 2024 had an issue with one of the cables. Ace garage door came out on short notice and take care of the problem in about 15 minutes. Use them before in the past and they offer a good service.

Had an emergency with our garage not opening. Called Ace Garage and Gate Co, they scheduled me for an appointment right away. It was extremely convenient and easy to schedule. They arrived to my home within the time agreed upon , while at my home they did a fantastic job in a timely manner. I was impressed on the quality of work performed. I couldn’t be more happier. Ace garage and gate co are definitely there to serve the consumer. Will definitely use again.

ACE Garage Door was the best; Michelle at the office & Richard were coordinating so well. The result: my garage got fixed the same day (less than 2 hours, from the time I called - to the time the repair was done). Definitely 5 stars!!!
